2. About RewardIQ

RewardIQ is an informational platform that helps users compare, understand, and optimize credit card rewards, loyalty programs, and welcome offers. RewardIQ is not a bank, lender, credit card issuer, financial institution, investment advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials.

5. Services

Services may include card comparisons, reward calculators, AI-assisted recommendations, offer tracking, educational content, and related tools.

6. User Information

RewardIQ does not require or store credit card numbers, CVVs, PINs, or online banking credentials. Users may provide card names, spending preferences, and goals to personalize recommendations.

7. AI & Recommendations

Recommendations are informational estimates based on available information and user inputs. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice and should be independently verified.

8. Third Parties

Applications for financial products are completed with the relevant financial institution. RewardIQ is not responsible for approval decisions, product changes, or third-party services.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

RewardIQ may receive commissions from certain partners when users apply through referral links. Such compensation does not determine editorial recommendations.

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the Services, scrape content, interfere with security, upload malicious software, or violate applicable laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, software, databases, and designs are owned by RewardIQ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by the RewardIQ Privacy Policy.
